Our VA, FHA, and USDA rates are generally way below the competition. We even have some Grant Programs for up to 5% of the sales price that never has to be paid back. Our Conforming Conventional rates are generally slightly below the competition plus with lower fees and our Jumbo rates are generally considerably below the competition with lower fees. We generally have the best rates around. We also do several programs including Private Money, for those clients that do not fit General Program Guidelines.

He holds both a California Real Estate Sales License since 2005 and a National Mortgage Lending License since they were introduced, and never stops learning. He generally studies an hour per day to stay on top of his craft. He is currently working on his Certified Mortgage Planner designation. Rick’s specialty is Mortgage Lending. Rick is a true technician that knows the various Loan Product Underwriting Guidelines and how to get the best loan program that best fits each individual client’s needs. Because Rick knows the program guidelines and stays current on all of the changes, he can often get transactions approved where other lenders were not able to. For clients with great credit he has the lowest rates, for clients with some credit damage, he has several great options to get them into a home quickly, for those with extreme credit issues, Rick will take the time to map out the path to future homeownership so they eventually can achieve home ownership if they follow his advice. Because of Rick’s deep religious faith, he feels called to a higher standard of honesty, integrity and truly caring about his clients.
